Last week, I was invited to
Dipscover Perfect Pairing Possibilities with Lady's Choice.
The campaign is
Real Love is Lady's Choice: Creating Perfect Pairs.
Chef Fernando Aracama was the special guest who showed us three innovative dips made with
Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise. According to
Chef Aracama, he has used dips as a way of enhancing his dishes. He even shared that it is a good way to become more competitive especially since the food industry in our country is continuously growing.
Needless to say, we Filipinos love having something on the side to add more flavor and taste to all kinds of food. Thus, dips and sauces have become a usual part of our culture.
Any dish can look so posh with an extra dip just like this.
I was intrigued that even fruits can go with a dip.
After the demonstration, we all had our chance to create our very own #MyDipscovery. My tables mates
Chef Rommel of Cafe Lidia & Abet and I made our own dips.

I was able to try this and it was really good. Too bad chef didn't share with me his recipe.

I think my dip is good with any fried or grilled dish. My dip has Italian parsley, red tomato sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic oil and of course,
Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise.
